Kelechi Nwosu was born on the 6th of November 1979. He attended Festac Town's 5th Avenue Primary School and FESTAC Grammar School. He later received some education at Oxford College, Lagos, where he sat for his O Levels and General Certificate of Examination ( GCE ) Papers. From 2001-2005, Kelechi was an Undergraduate at the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. It was from Nigeria's Premier University that he bagged a BA Degree in History. Kelechi studied in an environment that enabled him to develop his Poetry Talent and Artistic Skills. He was a student in a Faculty that had lecturers like Professor Niyi Osundare ( Commonwealth Poetry Prize Winner ), Professor Francis Egbokhare ( Gifted Linguist and Essayist ) and Dr C.B.N Ogbogbo ( A talented Historian and Barrister ). These Scholars and their teachings impacted greatly on Kelechi's thinking and artistic output.It is important to add that the faculty of arts University of Ibadan also produced the famous Nobel Laureate,Wole Soyinka.

Kelechi is an Essayist, Artist, Style Designer and Poet all rolled into one. He has participated in a lot of creative events including Bespoke Poetry, Wordslam, Taruwa Poetry, Chill and Relax and Anthill 2.0. The Festac Poetry Festival ( FESTPOETFEST ) is his brainchild and he is working towards the successful organization and hosting of the event this year. Kelechi Nwosu is a liberal Christian and his hobbies include listening to Music,Readind,Speaking,carrying out Research and Travelling.
